CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS :
Sorry, but we cannot cancel an order once it's place and we cannot accept returns. However, we can replace damaged items with the exact same item. There is a 7 business day time limit for damaged items. This time limit is after the item has been received. Send a detailed message indicating item name and number and description of damage to [email protected]. We will not pay the shipping cost on any returned items. Send damaged item to:

We currently cannot ship internationally and only ship to mainland areas of the United States. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 7-14 business days for shipping. We cannot be held responsible for how long an item takes to arrive at its destination once it has shipped from our warehouse.
